My hair is very fine, and is much more damaged than I would like, thanks to the fact that I have spent the entire summer out in the sun. Because I am so concerned about breakage, I decided to try the MOP Pear Detangler to help me when I am combing out my hair. Like all MOP hair products, I love the scent of this detangler. It is a nice light pear scent that is made from natural and organic ingredients. It works well on both wet and dry hair, meaning if your hair is prone to getting tangled at night, you can use it first thing in the morning on your dry hair. And, as an added bonus, your hair will smell great all day!
The product offers kelp extract to nourish your hair and soothing pear juice. A natural emollient is created with comfrey and organic aloe, leaving your hair softly manageable and shiny. One of the best parts for me is that it does not weight down my fine hair. It also helps keratin in it, which is great for my color treated hair.
I recently started taking vitamins for hair growth, and I feel like this product really helps me to prevent breakage that my hair is prone to when it is wet. I would have to say that it is probably best for individuals who have finer hair, even if it is thick. (I have fine, thick hair.) If your hair is really coarse or curly, you may need to opt for something a bit stronger.
