Will the H1N1 Swine Flu Vaccine Kill Your Unborn Child?

by Wendy Polisi on December 28, 2009

Any way you slice it – vaccines are just plain scary. From a weakened immune system to autism, many people agree that they just aren’t worse the risk.

Still, big Pharma continues to push them as being safe, despite the fact that there is so much evidence otherwise. (And of course studies continue to show that there is no risk – mind you, these studies are funded by the very organizations that make billions a year off of vaccines. )

Check out this recent article from organichealthadviser.com that talks about women who have had miscarriages after getting the H1N1 Swine Flu Vaccine.

I have read similar reports about children being born with autism after their mom’s had the vaccine while they were pregnant, so this really wasn’t a suprise to me. I, for one, keep myself and my children as far away from vaccines as possible. And I wouldn’t even consider getting a vaccine when I was pregnant!

Organic Cloth Diapers and Cloth Diapers – Latest News!

by Wendy Polisi on December 13, 2009

If you are a mom like me, you know that giving your children the best is a priority. I can’t tell you how many nights I’ve laid awake worrying about the smallest details. Are they getting too many toxins from their clothes? Did Grandma give them something loaded with high-fructose corn syrup?

I know I should not worry quite so much – but the reality is that most of our children DO get too many toxins. In my opinion, it is our jobs as parents to protect them as much as we can even if it is not always fun. (Sorry Grandma!)

That is why organic cloth diapers seem like such a no brainier to me. I have to be honest though – I did not use organic cotton cloth diapers for my boys. At the time, I was only just beginning my organic journey and I didn’t understand how toxins and pesticides could leach into my boys bloodstreams. (Yes, I worry about this too)

I wish I had known that the clean up of cloth organic diapers does not have to be as bad as you would imagine.

For those of you who are still lucky enough to have the opportunity to make a different choice than I did, here is what you need to know about organic cloth diapers!
