This facilitates optimal functioning of all systems in your body.

  • Jogger’s Paradise: Prepared with a small yam, 3 oranges plus 2 pears. This juice is for muscle-blasting and power-pushing, ideal for joggers. It gives a great resistance as well as strength. These nutrient-packed, full of juice enzyme are known to supply fuel intense aerobic activity.
  • Strawberry Delight: Mix strawberries 4-8, dates 8-10 and bananas 1-2. The juice is reasonably refreshing and tasty although it is sweet in flavor.
  • Papaya Passion: To make this tasty juice, you will need 1 medium papaya, 5 pitted dates and 1 red apple. Mix well and serve cold.
  • Potassium Drink: This cool juice is rich in potassium and vitamins. Mix together 1 stick of celery, handful of fresh parsley, four medium carrots, a handful of fresh spinach and ½ lemon.
  • Calcium Drink Recipe: Make a drink rich in calcium with three medium carrots, a half cup of fresh broccoli, an apple, a half lemon and a handful of fresh parsley.
  • Ultimate Green Juice: 1 large leaf of each: kale, collard, swiss chard, ½ cucumber, 2 celery stalks, ½ green apple, 1 lemon, ½ inch fresh ginger, a handful of parsley. Mix well and drink immediately.
